Al Mar Knives Releases an Updated Set of Knives

Al Mar Knives are definitely a classic.

It turns out they are releasing some updated versions of their classic blades.

Ultralight Titanium Series

The Ultralight series has earned a lot of prestige over the years. These are ultralight weight folding knives which build on the basics of tradition. Blade lengths come in 2.75, 3, and 4 inch options. The new variants are a little heavier then the earlier models, due to the fact they are now using FRN or titanium scales, rather then linerless Micarta scales. The titanium versions have D2 steel and framelocks, while the FRN variants have 8Cr13MoV steel, as well as liner locks.

S.E.R.E. 2020 G

The S.E.R.E. model being released for 2020 arrives in 2 different blade lengths, 3 inches and 3.6 inches. They also come in plain and partially serrated blades. Scales are G-10 and the steel is D2. These are spring-assist flipper knives.

Honey Jigged Bone Series

An updated version of the Honey Jigged Bone Series is available 2.5, 3.15, and 4 inch blades. These are made from AUS-8 steel. The handle has jigged bone covers and a steel bolster. Other features include an included leather slip.

Stinger

The stinger is another updated model which is to be released. This is a key-chain friendly knife and it has a 1.3inch ‘wedge’ blade. This knife is made from D2 steel.
